Limiting beliefs and reoccurring thoughts are often at the core of Fears. Unnecessary Fears and Phobic responses to these internal belief structures can limit our lives, and hold us back from embracing life and facing its challenges.

Sometimes we aren’t even aware how these came to be ours. ,We know they aren’t a good resourceful state…that doesn’t change anything. We still know what we feel! We know that talking about it or not talking about it, doesn’t make it go away either. We know we can take medications to help us cope, but that doesn’t change the control that it has over our lives either.
