    When quitting an addictive habit, recognize all the places you have smoking attached to you in your life. Hypnosis is not a “silver bullet” we will need your inner determination and willingness to follow what we ask of you.

    This is why it’s so important to be doing this FOR YOURSELF first and foremost. We often deter people from sharing with others that you are quitting. You don’t need someone “checking” every day and reminding you of smoking.

    “Have you stopped, did you smoke today?” Not helpful so none of that please and thanks!

  • What to Expect

    First, are you the one you are quitting for?

    If it’s for someone else, you may well end the relationship rather than quit… be sure this is what you want. We need all your focus, determination and commitment together with hypnosis, it’s a winning team!

    Following my tried and trusted protocol, we see each other three sessions over the space of a week, and your part is to use the MP3s every day. During the first week, I ask you to use these two times a day for optimum results.

    Preparation: Pick your date.

    Two weeks before, begin changing up your brands, don’t smoke what you always smoke, go lighter and lighter until you are at the lightest cigarette before our first session
