Kathy has hosted these many times for groups looking to access higher consciousness through Group Meditative Journey’s which involved guided visualization and contemplation. It’s powerful change work elevating the soul’s frequency allowing a very different transformational experience. This class is one we do over a few days integrating all the Seals…then resting in them over the next several weeks and months. It’s a body of work to experience.
